GROWING GREENER
The word green is not new to the glass industry. It has, however, expanded the portfolio of glass usage in construction. Glass is, but will not only be, used for glazing and day lighting purposes in buildings today and in future. It has and will keep enabling buildings to produce, reproduce and save energy at the same time.
As glass is naturally a recyclable material, it can be used proactively to reduce CO2 emissions when used in buildings to significantly reduce the carbon footprint of heating and air conditioning. Likewise, Glaston is working proactively to bring you energy-efficient solutions in processing superior quality glass.
Glaston, being the main organizer of the Glass Performance Days (GPD) conference, is the forerunner in enhancing discussions on the environmental challenges and solutions facing architectural glass & solar applications.
