April 2012 den speed\u2019sealer, einen Hochgeschwindigkeits-Versiegelungsautomaten f\u00fcr Isolierglaseinheiten, und die champ\u2019speedgrind zum schnellen Schleifen der Glaskanten von Fahrzeugglas in h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t sehen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Der speed\u2019sealer versiegelt Fenster- und Fassadenelemente bei maximalem Volumenstrom und gleichzeitig h\u00f6chster Appliziergeschwindigkeit. Dank eines dynamischen Mischers ist erstmals in der Branche eine aktive und homogene Durchmischung der beiden Versiegelungsmaterialkomponenten auch bei unterschiedlichen Produktionsbedingungen m\u00f6glich. Die Maschine versiegelt Zwei- und Dreifach-Isolierglaseinheiten mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und in gleich bleibend \u00fcberzeugender Qualit\u00e4t: sofort nach dem Anfahren der Produktion, unabh\u00e4ngig vom gew\u00e4hlten Versiegelungsmaterial, von Schwankungen der Materialqualit\u00e4t oder der Temperatur. Das konstante Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis der beiden Klebstoffkomponenten wird elektronisch \u00fcberwacht. Die hochpr\u00e4zise, volumengeregelte Dosiertechnik sorgt f\u00fcr eine exakte Applikation des Versiegelungsmaterials und eine unmittelbare Volumenanpassung bei \u00c4nderung der Fugentiefe.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Fahrzeugglas schnell und pr\u00e4zise schleifen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Die neuste Generation der Glasschleifmaschine zum Preprocessing von Fahrzeugglas <strong>champ\u2019speedgrind<\/strong> beeindruckt vor allem durch ihre kurzen Bearbeitungszeiten und einen sehr guten Bedienkomfort. Der optimierte Beschleunigungs- und Bremsvorgang erm\u00f6glicht ein \u00e4u\u00dferst dynamisches Schleifen der Glasscheiben mit einer Verarbeitungsgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 30 Metern pro Minute. Die Taktzeitenvorteile ergeben sich aus der schnelleren Eckenbearbeitung von konvexen Konturen. Die <strong>champ\u2019speedgrind<\/strong> ist Teil der <strong>champ\u2019speed<\/strong>-Serie und f\u00fcgt sich nahtlos in die Linien zum Preprocessing von Fahrzeugglas ein.
