Oktober in D\u00fcsseldorf pr\u00e4sentierte Bystronic glass High-Speed-L\u00f6sungen zur Glasbearbeitung in den Bereichen Geb\u00e4ude- und Fahrzeugglas sowie innovative L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die Solarindustrie. Wie angek\u00fcndigt unterstrich die Unternehmensgruppe au\u00dferdem ihre Preferred-Partner-Kooperation mit HEGLA: Die beiden Messest\u00e4nde waren in Halle 14 direkt nebeneinander platziert. So konnten die Kunden bei Bedarf ganz bequem gemeinsame Gespr\u00e4che mit Experten beider Unternehmen f\u00fchren.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>An der L\u00e4ngsseite des Standes erstreckte sich die neue\u00a0<strong>speed\u2019line<\/strong>\u00a0zur Isolierglasproduktion. Diese moderne Fertigungslinie beinhaltet neben dem schnellen Versiegelungsautomaten\u00a0<strong>speed\u2019sealer\u00a0<\/strong>weitere Maschinen, die eine Produktion von Dreifach-Isolierglaseinheiten mit h\u00f6chstm\u00f6glicher Taktzeit erlauben: zwei hintereinander angeordnete\u00a0<strong>tps\u2018applicator<\/strong>\u00a0Komponenten f\u00fcr die Applikation des thermoplastischen Abstandhalters TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0(Thermo Plastic Spacer) und den\u00a0<strong>speed\u2019assembler<\/strong>, die neue Presse zum schnellen Zusammenbauen und Gasf\u00fcllen von Dreifach-Isolierglaseinheiten.<\/p>\n\n<p>Im Bereich Verbundsicherheitsglas (VSG)-Fertigung konnten sich die Kunden \u00fcber die\u00a0<strong>eco\u2019lamiline\u00a0<\/strong>informieren, die neue Fertigungslinie, mit der sich s\u00e4mtliche Varianten an VSG energiesparend produzieren lassen \u2013 von einfachen Aufbauten bis hin zu komplexen Modellformaten mit Spezialfolien \u2013 alles auf einem System. Neben der Isolierglaslinie und dem VSG-Vorverbund durften die Kunden eine Auswahl an rationellen Handlingger\u00e4ten f\u00fcr alle Bereiche der Flachglas- und Plattenverarbeitung selbst ausprobieren. Mit dabei war auch der Verkaufsschlager\u00a0<strong>Easy-Lift<\/strong>, der die Kunden aus der glasbearbeitenden Industrie seit 1998 mit seiner starren Lastf\u00fchrung und seinem geringen Eigengewicht \u00fcberzeugt.<\/p>\n\n<p>F\u00fcr das Preprocessing von Fahrzeugglas hat Bystronic glass mit der\u00a0<strong>champ\u2019speed<\/strong>\u00a0eine v\u00f6llig neue Maschinengeneration auf dem Markt eingef\u00fchrt. Diese ist jetzt auch in der Variante\u00a0<strong>champ\u2019speed 2in1<\/strong>\u00a0erh\u00e4ltlich, der weltweit ersten Maschine, die Fahrzeugglas sowohl mit als auch ohne Schablone auf einer einzigen Zelle brechen kann \u2013 f\u00fcr optimierte Produktionsabl\u00e4ufe. Ebenfalls am Stand von Bystronic glass zu sehen war das\u00a0<strong>TPedge<\/strong>-Modul, das einen Innovationssprung in der Produktion von Solarmodulen darstellt. Es ist eine gemeinsame Entwicklung des Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg und Bystronic glass auf der Basis eines Fraunhofer-Patents.
