Seit Anfang Juli schm\u00fccken die ersten zehn von sp\u00e4ter insgesamt rund 250\u00a0TPedge-Solarmodulen die Fassade des neuen Laborgeb\u00e4udes des Fraunhofer Institut f\u00fcr Solare Energiesysteme (ISE) in Freiburg. Das\u00a0TPedge-Modul ist eine gemeinsame Entwicklung des Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg und der Bystronic glass Gruppe auf der Basis eines Fraunhofer-Patents. Hergestellt wurden und werden diese Module bei Bystronic glass in Neuhausen-Hamberg.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Im Januar 2012 hatten die\u00a0TPedge<\/strong>-Module im Vollformat von 1636 mm x 985 mm die mechanischen Lastpr\u00fcfung bis 2400 N\/m2<\/sup>\u00a0und die Hagelpr\u00fcfung mit Kugelgeschwindigkeiten von 23 m\/s erfolgreich durchlaufen. \u201eDer Einbau in die Fassade zielt nun auf die Weiterentwicklung und Erprobung der TPedge-Technologie\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Tobias Neff, Produktmanager Solar bei Bystronic glass. Zur Einweihung \u00fcberreichte er das Geschenk von Bystronic glass an Prof. Dr. Eicke R. Weber, den Institutsleiter des Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg. Mit einer Isolierglaseinheit, deren Rand mit einem \u00e4hnlichen Verfahren abgedichtet ist, wie beim TPedge-Modul gratuliert Bystronic glass dem ISE zur Fertigstellung des neuen Geb\u00e4udes.<\/p>\n\n

Kostenreduktion in der Modulproduktion mit TPedge<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Das wafer-basierte Solarmodul kann deutlich schneller und kosteng\u00fcnstiger produziert werden als herk\u00f6mmliche Wafer-Module. Die Zeit- und Kostenersparnis sind Folge eines einfacheren Modulaufbaus und einer v\u00f6llig neuartigen Produktionstechnologie: Die Zellmatrix wird punktuell zwischen zwei Glasscheiben fixiert. Der Einsatz von Folien und das dazugeh\u00f6rige Laminieren sind nicht n\u00f6tig.<\/p>\n\n

\u201eDie Randabdichtung des TPedge-Moduls erfolgt \u00fcber die Applikation des thermoplastischen Materials TPS\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0bei 130\u00b0C, auch ein zus\u00e4tzlicher Aluminiumrahmen ist nicht notwendig\u201c, erl\u00e4utert Tobias Neff und berichtet: \u201eMit der TPedge-Technologie lassen sich die Kosten der Modulproduktion ohne Solarzellen um 30 bis 40 Prozent senken \u2013 bei einer angestrebten Taktzeit von 45 Sekunden pro Modullinie. Die Gesamtkosten eines PV-Moduls k\u00f6nnen somit \u2013 je nach Kostenanteil der Solarzellen \u2013 um etwa 14 Prozent reduziert werden.\u201c<\/p>\n\n

Innovationssprung in der Modulproduktion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Die Produktionslinien f\u00fcr TPedge-Module lassen sich in verschiedenen Ausbaustufen auslegen. In der seriellen Fertigungslinie ist die Produktion eines Moduls in weniger als einer Minute m\u00f6glich \u2013 im Vergleich zu 16 Minuten, die mit dem Standardverfahren n\u00f6tig sind. Das neue Fertigungsprinzip ist an die in der Isolierglasproduktion verwendete Dichtungstechnologie angelehnt. Die Entwicklung des TPedge-Verfahrens zur Produktion von Modulen mit thermoplastischer Abdichtung an der Glaskante stellt einen gro\u00dfen Innovationssprung in der Modulproduktion dar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
