Der Bystronic glass Standort im schweizerischen B\u00fctzberg beherbergt jetzt die Strategische Gesch\u00e4ftseinheit Fahrzeugglas (engl. Strategic Business Unit, kurz SBU) sowie zus\u00e4tzlich das Service-Team f\u00fcr Maschinen zum Geb\u00e4udeglaszuschnitt. Die SBU Isolierglas und die SBU Verbundsicherheitsglas\/Handling teilen sich die Infrastruktur am Bystronic glass Standort im s\u00fcddeutschen Neuhausen-Hamberg.<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Begleitet wurde die Neuausrichtung von einigen Personalwechseln in der Gruppenleitung. Den Anfang machte der Wechsel an der Spitze: Zum Jahresbeginn 2012 \u00fcbernahm\u00a0<b>Andr\u00e9 Br\u00fctsch<\/b>\u00a0als CEO die Leitung der Bystronic glass Gruppe. Ein gutes halbes Jahr bei Bystronic glass ist\u00a0<b>Manfred Dietrich<\/b>, der Anfang 2013 die Leitung der SBU Fahrzeugglas in B\u00fctzberg \u00fcbernommen hatte. Neu dabei ist\u00a0<b>Michael Rudloff<\/b>, der seit dem 1. Juli 2013 Leiter der SBU Isolierglas am Standort in Neuhausen-Hamberg ist. Als Leiter der SBU Verbundsicherheitsglas\/Handling bleibt\u00a0<b>Bernd Bedner<\/b>\u00a0den Aufgaben treu, die er bereits seit 2003 an dem nach Neuhausen-Hamberg verlagerten Standort in Gunzenhausen verantwortet hatte. \u201eIch freue mich sehr, dass das Trio aus SBU-Leitern der Produktbereiche nun komplett ist\u201c, erkl\u00e4rt Andr\u00e9 Br\u00fctsch und erg\u00e4nzt: \u201eDamit sind wir gut f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche Zukunft aufgestellt.\u201c<\/p>\n\n<p><b>St\u00e4rkung der Kompetenzbereiche<\/b><\/p>\n\n<p>Mit der Neuausrichtung ist der Sitz der Bystronic glass Gruppenleitung vom schweizerischen B\u00fctzberg nach Neuhausen-Hamberg in S\u00fcddeutschland verlegt worden. \u201eDie B\u00fcndelung der Kr\u00e4fte und die Konzentration der Standorte haben uns flexibler und zugleich schlagkr\u00e4ftiger gemacht, um die Kunden besser mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten und Dienstleistungen bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen\u201c, sagt Andr\u00e9 Br\u00fctsch. \u201eWir haben unsere Kernkompetenzen Geb\u00e4udeglas und Fahrzeugglas damit deutlich gest\u00e4rkt.\u201c Die weltweite Verkaufs- und Service-Organisation von Bystronic glass ist grunds\u00e4tzlich unver\u00e4ndert geblieben. Sie pflegt weiterhin die N\u00e4he zu den Kunden in den wichtigsten M\u00e4rkten und bietet einen qualitativ hochwertigen Kundendienst vor Ort und in der Sprache der Kunden an.
