K\u00e4lte nach au\u00dfen oder innen und bietet somit keine optimale W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung. Der organische Polyisobutylen \u2013 Abstandhalter ohne Metalleinlage bietet eine bestm\u00f6gliche W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung und reduziert dadurch den U-Wert um bis zu 12 % im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Fenstern mit einem Randverbund aus Aluminium.<\/p>\n\n<p>Die h\u00f6chsten Anforderungen in der W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung werden dadurch erf\u00fcllt. Die Breite des Abstandhalters kann im laufenden Betrieb bei jeder Isolierglaseinheit im Prozessakt variiert werden. Separate Fertigungsprozesse f\u00fcr das S\u00e4gen, Biegen, Steckverbinden, Trockenmittelbef\u00fcllen und Butylieren entfallen. \u201eDas spart Zeit und bares Geld,\u201c erkl\u00e4rt Klaus Puschmann. \u201eDie Fertigung des gesamten Produktionsmixes ist auf einer einzigen Linie m\u00f6glich.
