N\u00e4iden muutosten vuoksi strategisten tavoitteiden saavuttamiseen suunniteltua aikaa on pidennetty vastaamaan t\u00e4m\u00e4nhetkisi\u00e4 odotuksia. Glaston on muuttanut strategisten tavoitteiden saavuttamisen aikataulua vuodesta 2025 keskipitk\u00e4\u00e4n aikav\u00e4liin (3\u22125 vuotta) lukuun ottamatta p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00f6v\u00e4hennystavoitteita, jotka on tarkoitus saavuttaa vuoteen 2032 menness\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Glaston on my\u00f6s p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4nyt liikevaihtotavoitettaan hieman ja odottaa keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isen vuosikasvun ylitt\u00e4v\u00e4n lasinjalostuslaitteiden tavoiteltavien kohdemarkkinoiden kasvun. Vertailukelpoinen sijoitetun p\u00e4\u00e4oman tuotto (ROCE) -tavoite on jatkossa yli 16\u00a0%. Tavoitteena on edelleen, ett\u00e4 vertailukelpoinen EBITA on 10\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e4ll\u00e4 hetkell\u00e4 Glaston arvioi, ett\u00e4 arkkitehtuurilasin jalostuslaitteiden tavoiteltavan kohdemarkkinan kasvu palautuu v\u00e4hitellen vuoden 2023 -6 %:sta noin 5 %:iin vuosien 2025\u22122026 aikana.
