The delivery type ZPG-V machine will, in the future, be used by AGC Glass Europe to produce sophisticated IG units for the fire-resistant glass Pyrobel-T, ranging from classic rectangular formats to almost all other shaped formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8221;The delivery of the 1,500<sup>th<\/sup> UNIT&#8217;ASSEMBLER is a strong sign of our customers&#8217; confidence in the quality and performance of this machine,&#8221; says Jens Mayr, EVP Solutions &amp; Operations at Glaston. &#8221;Especially in a highly competitive market such as insulating glass production, process reliability, productivity and consistently high quality are decisive factors.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>High quality and maximum flexibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/glaston.net\/machine\/assembling\/\">The UNIT&#8217;ASSEMBLER<\/a> impresses with its precise alignment of the glass panels via a lifting beam at the lower running level and a fixed stop at the front edge. This ensures uniform compression of all units \u2013 regardless of whether they are double, triple or quadruple IG units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another key feature is the integrated gas filling technology. A calibrated gas sensor continuously monitors the gas filling process and ensures consistent, reproducible gas quality. As an option, the UNIT\u2019ASSEMBLER can be equipped with a synchro gas-filling function, enabling it to fill triple IG units with gas in the same amount of time as double IG units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Designed for demanding insulating glass formats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thanks to its modular concept, the UNIT&#8217;ASSEMBLER offers almost unlimited possibilities for insulating glass construction. It processes all standard rigid and flexible spacers, such as TPS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, and, depending on the version, also enables the production of extra-long IG units in a two-stage process. With working heights of up to 3.30 meters and workable lengths of up to 5.00 m (or up to 6.00 m in the tandem version), the machine is ideal for manufacturers who rely on high flexibility and futureproofing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Successful technology with international reach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The delivery to AGC Glass Europe underscores UNIT&#8217;ASSEMBLER&#8217;s strong market position in Europe and worldwide. Since its introduction, the system has established itself as a central component of modern insulating glass lines, significantly improving productivity and quality in glass processing.
