Quality has been so good that the company is now capable of\u00a0producing 2.8 mm toughened glass to ECER43 automotive standard and\u00a0a thickness range of 2\u201312 mm heat- strengthened glass. This investment\u00a0has been critical to help the company meet the increasing market\u00a0demand for laminated and toughened glass combinations for structural\u00a0glass applications.<\/p>\n<p>The new FC500 was installed in December\u00a02014 and into the new year. Production began in\u00a0February 2015.\u00a0&#8221;Today, we&#8217;re more than happy with the quality\u00a0that&#8217;s coming off the line.
