Data is key to develop any business. That\u2019s why we decided to invest in Glaston\u2019s FC500 with the iLooK online glass quality measuring system,\u201d says Steve Larvin, Managing Director of Village Glass in Essex, UK. \u201cWe\u2019ll be the first company in the UK to have iLooK.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When Steve Larvin came into the family owned Village Glass company, he had a strong vision for raising output levels and reaching new standards in glass quality. He saw an opportunity to be able to better serve the growing commercial market in London, such as hospitals and schools, as well as to be able to offer the massive glass screens to the high-end, multimillion pound British homes.<\/p>\n<p>Glaston\u2019s FC500 will actually run more\u00a0glass than both of the company\u2019s two older furnaces combined.
