Another innovation is our unique <strong>white haze detection<\/strong> solution using artificial intelligence (AI). The <strong>tempering process<\/strong> <strong>autopilot<\/strong> reduces the need for operator input and offers process control without parameters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The White Haze Scanner<\/strong> is the first AI-based solution to provide a high-quality visual indication of white haze on processed glass. The system instantly notifies users of an issue, allowing glass processors to react immediately when unacceptable haze is detected. This helps minimize waste and production reruns \u2013 and lowers costs over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By taking advantage of our latest innovations, customers gain higher bed utilization which leads to higher energy efficiency and capacity, better quality, repeatability and greater operational safety. To process this type of glass, Glaston has introduced <strong>new convection control technology<\/strong> that offers a significantly wider operating window, even with complex laminates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A higher degree of automation is also on the agenda for the laminating process. A growing number of customers are demanding that recently sealed insulating glass corners are treated automatically with an effective corner treatment tool to relieve unloading operators from this work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new CORNER\u2019REFINER from Glaston has been designed as a quick and easy auxiliary tool for existing SPEED\u2019SEALER automatic sealing robots. After the corner treatment with the spatula system, a humified roll follows the corner contour of each IG unit. The nozzle change is not affected. Even removing the CORNER\u2019REFINER for stepped units works without tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>In automotive and display glass processing:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Glaston CHAMP EVO<\/strong> represents the latest evolution in the CHAMP automotive glass pre-processing line. The newest CHAMP EVO generation includes high-precision features in a grinding machine. Maintenance costs and wear and tear have been reduced considerably with energy-saving, state-of-the-art linear drives that are accurately adjustable and a freely moveable glass holding system for short changeover times.
