Professional, committed and healthy employees are the foundation of Glaston’s success. The company’s goal is to enable a culture where every Glastonian can shine.

Glaston is committed to promoting a diverse, inclusive and equal workplace community where all employees are treated with respect and where everyone has equal opportunities for professional growth and development.

Employee engagement

Glaston fosters an open and transparent culture where employees are encouraged to share ideas, provide feedback, and raise concerns. Our employees are encouraged to participate in discussions affecting their teams and work environment, while managers are expected to provide regular feedback to support continuous development and engagement.

In addition to daily dialogue with managers and colleagues, employee feedback is gathered through regular employee surveys. Planning and development are carried out locally at site and team level.

In 2025, our employee engagement rate was 78 exceeding our target: 75 out of 100.

Diverse and inclusive workplace

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are important to Glaston’s success. For us, inclusion means creating a safe and supportive workplace where everyone can participate, be heard, and succeed.

As a global company, we value the diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives of our employees and see them as a source of strength. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, has equal opportunities to develop, and can contribute their talents to the fullest.

Our DEI roadmap sets the direction for our DEI efforts and future targets. We promote fairness, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their background or identity.
