Variable-Speed Blower Control System

The quenching blowers control system for improved energy efficiency

Three reasons for choosing the Variable-Speed Blower Control System

1.

Energy savings through better overall energy efficiency

2.

Excellent tempering pressure-energy ratio

3.

Higher productivity with reduced changeover time

The highest quenching energy efficiency

The Variable-Speed Blower Control System (S™) upgrade for tempering furnaces is designed to ensure the highest quench energy efficiency.

Reduced energy costs come from remarkable savings in blower energy consumption and eliminating reactive blower power from loading the electric network.

Adding the frequency converter-controlled blower system allows more flexibility and energy efficiency for tempering all glass thicknesses. It also enables a remarkably lower noise level in the quenching blowers.
