Integrated Blower Vibration Monitoring

Minimized risk of unexpected downtime

Three reasons for choosing the Integrated Blower Vibration Monitoring System

1.

Online blower condition control for real-time information

2.

Increased blower safety

3.

Minimized risk of unexpected downtime from blower breaks

Online blower condition control

The Glaston Integrated Blower Vibration Monitoring System upgrade has been developed for online blower condition control to check that blower vibration stays within set limits. Regular maintenance and constant monitoring of the blowers are important to ensure uninterrupted production.

This upgrade minimizes the risk of unexpected downtime caused by possible blower breaks. Each blower is equipped with a vibration sensor that allows online data monitoring. The system constantly measures the blower vibration. If any abnormal vibration is detected, the system alerts the operator via the user interface. The blower will stop automatically if the vibration is too high.
