Heating Chamber Upgrades
Give your tempering line a second life without the cost of a new one.
Three reasons for choosing heating chamber upgrade
1.
Extended lifetime. A completely new heating chamber built into your existing line
2.
No-compromise performance. Energy-efficient, high-capacity Low-E processing, with tempering enabled for all temperable glasses
3.
Effortless operation. Glaston iControL automation for more automated, more consistent processing
New life for your tempering line
The Glaston heating chamber replaces a damaged or outdated furnace chamber and control system with the latest FC- or RC-Series-based chamber and Glaston iControL automation, quickly bringing your line up to today’s standards for glass quality, energy efficiency, and automated processing.
The additional heating chamber is a quick and cost-efficient modification from single-chamber to double-chamber production, providing a significant boost to total line throughput. Depending on glass type and thickness, this upgrade increases line capacity on average up to 80% with clear glasses of less than 8 mm.
We provide a fast, cost-efficient modifications that extends your line’s lifetime; no need to invest in a completely new tempering line.
