Glaston Heat Strengthening System HS10/HS12 has been developed to provide your machine with the heat strengthening capability to process glass in thicknesses 3–12 mm.
Heat strengthened glass is processed with much less pressure than tempered glass. The critical question in the manufacturing process how to create a sufficient stress level in the glass.
The Glaston Heat Strengthening System HS10/HS12 controls the cooling coefficient during the heat strengthening process. The strength and duration of the pressure wave is controlled automatically according to the set heat strengthening profile.
