will help you - You decide when we have access to your machine, as access to your machine network is limited by a key switch on the router
- Core elements of Glaston VPN CONNECT are the provision of the connection, the maintenance of the VPN box and notifications about malfunctions
- On request you will receive an e-mail from us if the VPN box is offline for more than 72 hours or if the key switch on REM was forgotten after remote
maintenance - We are also happy to provide you with a detailed connection report of all accesses to your machine
- Our new VPN box can also be retrofitted for Siemens controllers without Ethernet
- If you already have a Glaston VPN CARE solution, it can continue to be operated until the end of the term at the end of 2024 or be replaced ahead of time
