In accordance with its strategy and target to drive market development, Glaston Corporation has signed an agreement to acquire Bystronic Maschinen AG and Bystronic Lenhardt GmbH and their subsidiaries (“Bystronic glass”) for an enterprise value of EUR 68 million. Through the acquisition Glaston strengthens its position as a leading player in the glass processing technology market.
