Heat Strengthening System HS10/HS12

Excellent quality heat-strengthened glass up to 10 mm in thickness

Three reasons for choosing the Glaston Heat Strengthening System HS10/HS12

1.

Enables heat strengthening of glass up to 12 mm

2.

More control over the heat strengthening process

3.

More control over quenching parameters

Controlled heat strengthening

The Glaston Heat Strengthening System HS10/HS12 has been developed to provide your machine with the heat-strengthening capability to process glass in thicknesses from 3–12 mm.

Heat-strengthened glass is processed with much less pressure than tempered glass. The critical question in the manufacturing process is how to create a sufficient stress level in the glass.

The Glaston Heat Strengthening System HS10/HS12 controls the cooling coefficient during the heat-strengthening process. The strength and duration of the pressure wave are controlled automatically according to the set heat-strengthening profile.
