Tvitec launches Glaston RC350 with super size and performance
Although the company was newly established in Cubillos del Sil, León, in northwest Spain in 2007, Tvitec (Technical Glass Transformed) has rapidly made a world-class name for itself when it comes to supplying demanding architectural projects internationally. Now with the most recent addition of Glaston RC350, it leads in Europe with one of the largest tempering furnace to process glass in sizes of up to 12,000 x 3,300 mm.
The 60-meter-long furnace puts Tvitec at the forefront when it comes to technical performance, since it includes all of Glaston’s very latest technological developments to ensure exceptional glass quality for all types of tempered construction and architectural glass.
“The furnace we were looking for needed to be one that could produce super-size glass, and thicker glass, of very high technical quality. After reviewing our options, we came to the conclusion that Glaston is the market leader in technology. That’s when we decided to go with Glaston RC350.”
– Javier Prado, CEO of Tvitec
